The Healthcare Spread
A visualization to explore the price differentials observed in the Medicare Provider Charge dataset, recently released for fiscal year 2011.
This version uses both the inpatient and outpatient datasets to show the wide "spread" (i.e. price differentials) observed on both intra and inter state bases.
